Hello! I'm Raed “Ray” Bilbessi, Founder & Principal Advisor.
I founded this firm around a simple idea: businesses don’t need more theory. They need practical advice, clear direction, and experienced support to get things done.
Over the years, I’ve built and managed businesses, led teams, advised organizations, and worked through many of the same growth, operational, and transformation challenges our clients face today.

Bilbessi Consulting is led by Raed "Ray" Bilbessi, a business advisor and experienced operator with more than three decades of leadership, entrepreneurial, consulting, technology, marketing, and management experience.
Over his career, Ray has founded and led organizations, managed businesses and teams, advised companies and institutions, developed new markets, implemented business technology, and led complex growth and transformation initiatives.
His experience spans the United States, Middle East, and international markets, giving Bilbessi Consulting a combination of strategic perspective and hands-on operating experience.
